Veytrix AI is an AI voice agent platform that makes and receives real phone calls. You write what the agent should say, give it a list of people, and it dials them, holds a natural two-way conversation, and hands back a transcript, a summary and a score for every call. The official site is veytrixai.com.
This page exists because “Veytrix AI” is a young brand and people arrive at it from several directions — some looking for us, some looking for something else entirely. So here is a plain answer to what we are, what we are not, and who actually gets value from it.
What Veytrix AI does, concretely
A recruiter has 400 applicants and time to call maybe 40. A sales team has 500 inbound leads and no idea which 50 are real. Both problems are the same shape: a repetitive conversation that has to happen hundreds of times before anything useful can be decided.
Veytrix AI runs that conversation. Not an IVR menu, not a recorded blast — the person on the line can interrupt, answer in their own words, ask a question back, or switch from English to Hindi mid-sentence, and the agent keeps up.
- Outbound calling — upload a CSV, pick an agent, and the platform dials the list while respecting your concurrency limits and calling window.
- Inbound calling — point a phone number at an agent and it answers.
- After every call — a speaker-separated transcript, an AI summary, structured fields you defined, and a rating against your own rubric.
- Announcements — one-way voice broadcasts at a lower per-minute rate, for reminders and notifications.
- WhatsApp — template campaigns from the same workspace and the same wallet.
What it is built on
We are not a wrapper around one vendor. A call is assembled live from four independent services, and the agent's configuration picks which:
- Telephony — Plivo, with Indian +91 numbers you either bring or rent from us.
- Speech-to-text — Cartesia or Sarvam, the latter specifically because it handles Indian languages and accents properly.
- Language model — Google Gemini by default; OpenAI, Groq and Cerebras are also supported.
- Text-to-speech — Cartesia and Sarvam, tuned for the sub-two-second replies a phone conversation needs.
That separation is the point. If a vendor degrades, we change one field on the agent rather than rebuilding the product.
Who it is for
Veytrix AI is built for teams in India running high-volume, repetitive, outcome-driven calls — recruitment screening, lead qualification, admissions follow-up, appointment confirmation, feedback surveys. If you make fifteen calls a week, you do not need this. If you make fifteen hundred, the transcript-and-rating output alone changes how the team works.
What it costs
Per-minute, prepaid, no subscription. Two-way conversation calls run ₹4–5 per call-minute depending on plan; one-way announcements are ₹1.3–1.5. Telephony, speech recognition, the language model and the voice are all included in that number — there is no separate vendor bill to assemble. See pricing for the current plans.
What Veytrix AI is not
Two clarifications worth making, because both cost people time:
- We are not Google Vertex AI. Different company, different product, different category — we use Google's Gemini models through our own stack. The longer explanation is here.
- We are not “vetrilai”, which is a common mistyping of our name and reaches unrelated results. More on the spelling here.
Trying it
The fastest honest test takes about ten minutes and does not involve talking to us. Create a workspace, paste your real script or job description into an agent, and place a test call to your own phone. Interrupt it. Answer vaguely. Switch languages. Then read the transcript and rating it produces — that output is the actual product, and it is the only thing worth judging.
