The calls between checkout and delivery.

COD verification, address checks, delivery updates, failed-delivery recovery — short, repetitive, time-sensitive. Veytrix runs them as real conversations on your own number and hands back the answer as a field your system can read.

The work

Six calls a store makes every day

Each one is short, and the answer is usually one of three things. Today they are made by hand, or not at all.

What the agent is actually told

A prompt shape, not a script read word for word. The agent holds a conversation and adapts — if the customer wants to change the address, it captures that instead of ploughing on.

Welcome message:
"Hi {name}, calling from {store} about your order {order_id}.
Is now an okay time?"

Prompt:
Confirm three things, one at a time:
1. That they placed the order and still want it.
2. That the delivery address is correct — read it back.
3. That the cash amount {amount} is right.

If they want to cancel, ask why in one question and stop.
If the address is wrong, capture the correct one.
Keep every reply to one or two short sentences.

Triggered by your system, answered back to your system

Most stores fire these from their own backend rather than uploading lists — though a CSV batch runs the same agent.

What it costs

Calls bill by the minute from a prepaid wallet, so a thirty-second call costs half of a one-minute call — and most e-commerce calls are short.

  • A one-way delivery announcement of about thirty seconds costs roughly ₹0.75. These are the cheapest calls on the platform, because nobody needs to talk back.
  • A COD verification of about a minute costs ₹4–5 depending on plan, since it is a two-way conversation.
  • A thousand COD checks a month is therefore roughly ₹4,000–5,000 in call minutes. Weigh that against your current RTO rate.

Full rates are on the pricing page. Dedicated numbers are ₹500 per month each.

Can it call in Hindi or Telugu?

Yes. Agents can be set to English, Hindi or Telugu, and you can run different agents for different regions. Those three are what the builder offers today.

Will customers know it is a recording?

It is not a recording — it is a live conversation, and the customer can interrupt and be understood. If someone asks whether they are speaking to a person, a well-written agent says plainly that it is an AI assistant.

What happens when nobody answers?

Unanswered numbers are retried on a schedule you set, within calling hours you choose. Voicemail is detected so the agent does not talk to an answering machine.

Can it take calls as well as make them?

Yes. Assign a number to an agent and it answers inbound calls — useful for “where is my order” queries that otherwise tie up your support line.
