Providers & Subprocessors
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This inventory describes integrations supported by the application, not a claim that every integration is enabled or receives every customer’s information. Your selected features, credentials and hosting configuration determine the providers actually used. Request the deployment-specific provider and region schedule before agreeing residency or regulated-data requirements.
1. Calling and AI services
- Plivo — telephony, phone numbers, call routing and related call metadata/audio; recording copies may also be held under provider settings.
- Sarvam — speech recognition and synthesis where selected; audio and text needed for the configured speech service.
- Cartesia — speech synthesis or recognition where selected; text and audio needed for those features.
- Google Gemini — language-model conversation, generation and analysis where configured; prompts, relevant conversation content and supplied context.
- OpenAI, Deepgram and ElevenLabs — supported provider credentials/integrations; applicable text or audio is sent only if a feature uses the configured provider.
- Groq and Mistral — assistant integrations where enabled; chat messages and context supplied to that assistant.
2. Payments, infrastructure and communications
- Cashfree — payment, mandate and refund processing; payer/order and transaction information. Its independent payment obligations may differ from a processor acting only on customer instructions.
- Amazon Web Services S3 / compatible customer storage — recordings, knowledge files and other uploaded objects where configured. Amazon SES — transactional and invitation email where configured, including recipient and message content.
- Configured application, database and queue hosts — application traffic, stored workspace records and operational job data. The repository includes Vercel web hosting and Fly.io server configuration; the actual database host and all processing regions must be confirmed for the deployment.
- Sentry — error monitoring if enabled, including diagnostic context attached to errors.
- Google sign-in, configured SSO identity providers and Google Sheets exports — account authentication or exported records when those integrations are used. Customer-selected webhooks and WhatsApp/Meta integrations receive the information sent through enabled workflows.
3. Customer-managed services and locations
A reseller or customer may provide its own provider credentials, email sender, storage bucket or export destination. Those services operate under that party’s provider contract and selected settings; revoking a key does not delete copies already sent. Platform and customer-managed copies may need separate deletion requests.
Processing may occur in India and other countries according to the specific service, account and region. No universal India-only, zero-retention or no-training guarantee applies to this inventory. Confirm retention, training controls, locations and transfer arrangements for each enabled AI and infrastructure service through your seller before sending restricted information.
