Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These terms govern Veytrix AI’s website, voice-agent platform, APIs and related services. The platform operator’s published details appear below. Review these terms before creating an account. Account agreement is separate from consent to marketing or to the processing of a call recipient’s information.
1. Your account and contracting party
Account holders must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract. Keep credentials and API keys secure and report unauthorized access. Only accept commercial obligations on behalf of an organization if you have authority. An employee’s account acknowledgement does not replace an organization’s signed agreement.
Direct customers contract with the platform operator. If you buy through an authorized white-label company, that company is your seller for the services it supplies and must identify its legal name, address, support contact and commercial terms before purchase. Platform branding alone does not identify your seller. Your order and invoice should do so.
2. Service and responsible use
The service supports automated conversations, announcements and keypad calls, with recordings, transcripts, summaries and ratings where enabled. AI output can be inaccurate; check consequential decisions with a qualified person. Do not use the service for emergency response or as the sole basis for employment, healthcare, lending or other significant decisions.
The Calling & Acceptable Use Guidelines form part of these terms. You are responsible for your prompts, contact sources, notices, permissions and lawful instructions. Resale requires written platform authorization and the Reseller Terms; authorized resale is permitted within that agreement.
3. Call pricing and rounding
Standard two-way rates per call-minute are ₹5 on Starter, ₹4.50 on Growth and ₹4 on Enterprise. Standard one-way announcement rates are ₹1.50 on Starter and Growth and ₹1.30 on Enterprise. Your agreed organization-specific rates take precedence; reseller customers should check their seller’s quote and billing screen.
Answered usage is billed per call in 30-second increments, based on the recorded billable duration. For example, 30 seconds bills as 0.5 minutes, 31 seconds as 1 minute and 61 seconds as 1.5 minutes. At ₹5/minute these cost ₹2.50, ₹5 and ₹7.50 respectively, before applicable tax. Calls with no billable answered duration incur no talk-time charge; separate number or add-on charges can still apply.
4. Wallet, number rental and recurring payments
You prepay wallet funds; usage is deducted as services are delivered. Online payments use Cashfree. The amount, applicable tax and any separately priced services must be disclosed at checkout or in your accepted order. Negotiated terms prevail over the public rate card for the agreed scope.
Telephone numbers may carry separate monthly rental and renewal charges even when you make no calls. Review the number’s price and renewal date before purchase. Release or cancel through the available number controls or contact your seller before renewal; stopping calls alone does not cancel rental.
Auto-recharge is optional and requires an authorized payment mandate. When enabled, a low wallet balance can trigger your configured recharge amount, subject to your configured daily cap and payment-provider authorization. Manage or disable it in Billing → Auto-Recharge and cancel the associated mandate there. A payment already initiated may still settle. Disabling recharge does not cancel number rental, erase usage charges or automatically refund funds.
5. Data, providers and ownership
You retain rights in the content you supply and authorize processing necessary to deliver your requested service. We retain rights in our software and design. Our Privacy Policy explains account information and operational processing; the Data Processing Terms address customer-controlled contact and call data. The Providers & Subprocessors page describes feature-dependent providers, customer credentials and storage.
6. Availability and liability
The service and AI outputs are provided as is, subject to your signed service commitments and rights that cannot be excluded by law. Third-party outages may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the platform excludes indirect, incidental and consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid to it in the three months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability or remedies that applicable law prohibits limiting.
7. Suspension, cancellation and continuity
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend unlawful or abusive use or breaches of these terms. Unused funds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Closure does not itself delete every record or cancel an external provider contract; the Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion requests. Reseller termination and customer transition are addressed in the Reseller Terms.
8. Changes, priority and disputes
A signed order or negotiated agreement controls conflicts for its agreed scope, subject to mandatory law. Material changes will be published with a new version and notified through an appropriate account channel; consent or renewed agreement will be requested where required. Publishing a privacy update is not consent to a new processing purpose.
